History

She attended the wedding of Rainier Wolfcastle and Maria Shriver-Kennedy Quimby.

When Bart Simpson cuts class, he sneaks into Freddy Quimby's 18th birthday party at the Quimby Compound. Mayor Quimby introduces Bart to her, although she is called Daisy.

Behind the Laughter

As the Quimby family is a parody of the Kennedy family, an American political dynasty, Rose Quimby parodies the Kennedy family matriarch Rose Kennedy.
