Woodrow Wilson was the 28th President of the United States, serving from 1913-1921.

History

When Bart pranked Mrs. Krabappel by responding to her personals ad, he adopted Wilson's first name as an alias to carry on a chain of romantic correspondence with her.

A picture of Wilson was seen in a book that Superintendent Chalmers showed Bart, before Bart developed an interest in Theodore Roosevelt.
