Dickie is a retail clerk.

History

Dickie, Lem and their friend was working at Official Halloween Headquarters. After Homer made Apu to fire them they made a revenge. When Clancy Wiggum arrested them he told them at he can give them work on a 99 cents store when they are free.

Dickie was seen in the audience for Kent Brockman's live recording of his podcast Guilty Grampa.

In a story imagined by Marge when she thought about what life would be like if Homer was always smiling, Dickie was locked up in Darkham Asylum. He was broken out by D'ohker and Margely Quinn.
