Ultra Sour Sourballs is a type of sour candy.

History

Nelson showed Bart and Milhouse a packet of Ultra Sour Sourballs, which his parole officer had brought back from vacation. Milhouse said that he heard the candy was taken off the market after some kid sucked his face inside out. Bart told Milhouse not to be a wimp, and the three kids got ready to try it, although they were all a little hesitant. They then put the candy in their mouths and found that it was very sour indeed, with Bart even going temporarily blind. The candy then turned their faces inside out. Bart said that he would believe everything he heard from now on, and Milhouse asked for another.
