Ho Chi Minh City, formerly named Saigon, is a city in Vietnam.
History
When talking about the state of Kamp Krusty after Bart had taken it over, Kent Brockman remarked that he hadn't seen "such unfettered hurly-burly since the fall of Saigon."[1]
The promo for reruns on Tube Town included The Voiceover Yearswhich was teenagers kissing on the couch while the TV screen showed the famous 1968 photograph Saigon Execution.[2]
