Plot
At the Power Plant, due to more natural resources used for electricity, Mr. Burns has a meeting with a buyer that wants to use it to mine cryptocurrency. His skills on negotiation failed as they made a deal with the Ogdenville plant, expecially after Homer stood close to them shirtless. Smithers gives Burns an idea on how to use the excess power, a concert venue, making profit from it, The Circulus, and after illuminating the whole town at night, Kent Brockman appeared on the globe announcing the opening act will be K-pop sensation, Kneesock Dolls, Lisa's favourite pop band.
Homer try to deny her request using his negotiation skills saying it's on a school night, but her skills overcome his and he agreed. The tickets however sold out immediatly and "SeatMiser" bought all tickets and sell them for $2,000. This scalper also bought tickets for all future events. In a Town Hall meeting, Professor Frink reveals the account has been setup from the Springfield Library. To find it, Mayor Quimby hired an FBI profiler.
At home, Homer promises Lisa he'll find a way to get the tickets and when he got to the dome, angrily kicking it, Otto told him to get in his office, the School Bus. He sells Homer the tickets for $450 and cleanish urine and it worked. They get in and start enjoying the concert, though Bart has other plans and goes to the shops around the place, finding however much security around the place.
Bart finds Squeaky-Voiced Teen asking him what's the deal with it and he tells him that it's just a giant trap from the profiler to catch SeatMiser, which is revealed to be Bart himself.
