Come one, come all! There's a sale! Buy one tribal mask, get a spear of dubious origin half off!
Dad?
No, little lady. I am not your father. But I can say that if I was, I would strongly encourage you to try these authentic ancient kimonos!
I don't know what this is about, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to hate it when I find out.
A tough customer, indeed! But look here! I have a Himalayan Singing Bowl that just howls to be purchased by such a discerning patron!
If The Ghost of Christmas Present is owned: Task: "Make the Ghost of Christmas Present Hawk Insensitive Goods". The job takes place at Appropriations Cultural Artifacts and takes 4 hours. Task: "Make Lisa Have Her Disappointment Confirmed". The job takes place at Appropriations Cultural Artifacts and takes 4 hours.
I was really hoping that, just once, a strange character would show up in Springfield without being a caricature of something awful.
I'm sorry that I couldn't make a sale, but I'm glad you stopped by! Tell all your friends about us!

Excuse me. Can I talk to you?
That depends! Are you here to inquire about our line of stained-glass teapots from the early fourth dynasty?
No! I want to know what makes you think you can come in and take my street corner!
I do not fully understand your question, good sir.
This is my corner, where I promote our company's crackers. And you are standing on my cracker crack and peddling inappropriate cultural knick-knacks!
There's no need to be hurtful.
Just...move along!
I had planned to do that anyways. This sales expedition can't be limited to just one spot!
| If The Ghost of Christmas Present is owned: Task: "Make the Ghost of Christmas Present Sell Out". The job takes 4 hours.
Sir, did I hear you right?
That depends. What did you hear?
I heard you say that you have authentic relics from the holy land at a steep discount.
That we do! Whether it's a "Shroud for Touring", or a wall so discounted you'll be wailing at it, we have it all!
I don't know which is worse. The puns, or the fact that you're making money off religious heresy.
That's what I call a two-for-one special!

I give up.
What's wrong, my future customer?
I don't get your deal at all.
I mean, you annoyed Lisa, so that's a point in your favor. But even I know that you're not exactly what we've come to expect from a spirit taken from "A Christmas Carol".
Yes, I get this question a lot, and I'll be happy to explain, if you're willing to wait until I finish up our latest promotion.
Okay, I'll bite. What's the promotion?
Buy one ancient artifact purloined by a colonizer and get it gift wrapped for free.
If The Ghost of Christmas Present is owned: Task: "Make the Ghost of Christmas Present Wrap Complicated Presents". The job takes 4 hours. If Bart is owned: Task: "Make Bart Watch in Fascination". The job takes place at Appropriations Cultural Artifacts and takes 4 hours.
Thank you! We look forward to your business once more!
That was awesome. But seriously, what's your deal?
Well, my lad, for decades, people have read Dickens' original text and interpreted "The Ghost of Christmas Present" to mean "The Ghost of Christmas Right Now".
But the hacks behind this year's Christmas Event chose to read it to mean "The Ghost of Christmas Gift".
But what's with your weird jargon and cultural appropriation jokes?
That's just icing on the fruitcake.
Fruitcakes don't have icing.
Let it go, boy. It's almost Christmas. Everyone just wants to go home.
