History
When the Nuclear Regulatory Commission arrived at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant for a surprise inspection of worker competency, Mr. Burns fobbed them off with some excuse about Homer chairing a conference on nuclear fission in Geneva. Unfortunately, Homer jumped up through a manhole cover just then.[1]
