Commander Flanders

Commander Flanders is one of the many members of the Flanders family that appear at Ned Flanders family barbecue in Lisa the Vegetarian. He was also mentioned by Sergeant Abraham Simpson in the Flying Hellfish flashback in Raging Abe Simpson and His Grumbling Grandson in "The Curse of the Flying Hellfish".
