History

He appeared when Homer tried to show Lisa how successful the Simpsons are. When Homer asked him what he does for a living, Stanley replied that he shoots birds at the airport.

Given the fact that he is described as a second cousin of Lisa, he would have to be the grandson of one of Abe's brothers.
