Nucleus Prime is Springfield Nuclear Power Plant as a transformer.
History
Homer was sitting next to his control panel and finding a new button which he press. The nuclear power plant was then transforming to Nucleus Prime who starting walking around in Springfield and singing before he doing jazz hands in front of an audience.
