Alvarine Gurney is Jacqueline Bouvier's mother and Marge's grandmother. She did not smoke and has and looks like Patty and disapproves of Jacqueline's and Marge's choices of husbands. She passed away just after Lisa was born. She speaks rasply like all bouvier women. Most rasply of them all.
