Picard Simpson,[1] also known as Skippy Simpson, is the older child of Bart Simpson and Jenda. He has a lisp when talking.
History
He unwillingly went to his father's for Christmas and spent a lot of time with his grandfather instead. Bart, annoyed at this, tried to be a better father to both him and brother, and Homer helped him by telling the kids that Bart wasn't perfect but they should still love him.[2]
He and his brother were chasing Homer's consciousness through pictures in Homer's house as a game. They came round to Bart's apartment and revealed that their mother wasn't happy as she had broken up with her boyfriend, Jerry.
