Mrs. Mellon is a teacher at the The Enriched Learning Center for Gifted Children that Bart is sent to after cheating on an I.Q Test. She was the only other character Marcia Wallace voiced other than Edna Krabappel. She often makes a lot of background appearances in current episodes.
