Lard Lad is an advertisement used to promote Lard Lad Dougnuts.

Role in The Simpsons
He has only played a major role in the episode Treehouse of Horror VI in the segment Attack of the 50 Foot Eyesores. He came to life after Homer obtained/ate his colossal doughnut. He then brought other advertisements to life and tried to get his dougnut back from Homer. He was then defeated when he was not looked at.
Other Appearances
He has made a lot of cameos in other episodes.
The Simpsons Game: Shadow Of The Collosal Donut
In this mission, Kang and Kodos bring him to life using the laser from their space ship. At that point, Homer Jay and Bartholemew JoeJoe rush into the are where he is wreacking havoc. Bartman either opens his hatches using his slingshot and then flies down onto the hatch, or HeliumHomerball uses gummy bears to open the hatch and then hovers onto the hatch. The whole battle was watched and reported on by Mr. Brockman. After all of his wires had been disabled, he fell to the ground and Homer Jay kicked his 'Lard Crotch'.
