Barney's Mother is Barney's Mom from Simpson Tide.
Appearance
She looks like Barney in drag. She talks similar to Barney and looks like him. She looks like she is in her late 40s however she is actually somewhere in her early 60s. in Double, Double, Boy in Trouble, Barney says he is going to put the centrepiece on his table from Lenny's Party on her grave.
