Regina is a city in Canada. It is the capital city of the province of Saskatchewan.
History
After giving Abe and Homer fake I.D. cards so that they could get free prscription drugs, Johnny Canuck tells them they'll be able to purchase enough drugs "to make Regina look like Saskatoon."
