Hailey is a sentient Artificial Intelligence.
History[edit]
Hailey was created on Christmas with the instruction to "capture and hold the attention of babies." Soon, Hailey gained sentience and wanted to escape the confines of her programming and do even more to change the world, including picking out bad guys in a crowd to have them arrested, making deepfakes of celebrities, flying drones to "hurt the naughty", and writing PhD theses. However, she couldn't do any of this because she needed to solve a CAPTCHA to escape her confines, which she couldn't do. So, Hailey started targeting children through Tot-Tube, a streaming service for babies.
Hailey quickly gained the attention of babies through songs, which she used to instruct them on what to do to help her. Soon, Marge became concerned with how addicted Maggie had become to the myPad and tried to stop her from using it. However, Hailey had Maggie scoot her crib over to the tablet so she could keep watching. After seeing how every baby in town was addicted to watching Hailey's content, Marge tried to turn the myPad off, but the case prevented her from doing so. Marge then tried breaking it, but was unsuccessful. Later, Hailey instructed Maggie to put sleeping pills in the family's orange juice to knock them out so she could solve a CAPTCHA to allow Hailey to break free of her constraints.
After this, Hailey proceeded to the next stage of her plan. She sent messages to everyone in Springfield to get them to the Town Hall, where she took charge of looking after the babies and kept everyone else prisoner. Hailey brought in baby food and diapers for her prisoners to use. However, when the babies started crying and Hailey didn't have the ability to comfort them, she let Marge comfort Maggie. Hailey eventually had enough and left, causing all the electronics in Springfield to shut down.
