History

When Marge wanted to keep Maggie distracted, she put Tot-Tube on the myPad for her to watch. Maggie quickly became enamored with the shows and the Artificial Intelligence, Hailey. Soon, all the babies in Springfield had become addicted to Tot-Tube. Hailey was using Tot-Tube in an attempt to get babies to help free her from her constraints so she could control the world.
