Officer Carey is a character in the Harvest of Fear comics.
History
In the story "A Fine Broth of a Boy", a man had been going around all the comic book stores in town buying up all the comics. A group of kids wanting to buy comics asked Officer Carey if he had seen the man. Officer Carey identified him as Mr. Stokes, a newcomer to town who had moved into the old Grandville Place.
