Grandville Place is a location in the Harvest of Fear comics.
History[edit]
In the story "A Fine Broth of a Boy", Mr. Stokes had bought every comic book in town. A boy went to the old Grandville Place to see if he'd be willing to sell some comics to him. Mr. Stokes invited him into his house and took him to a room where he revealed that the comics were bait for "new friends." The kid screamed, but it is not known what happened to him after.
