The Big Bad Wolf is a character from Three Little Pigs.
History
Storytown Village included the attraction The Three Little Pigs. During the Simpson family's visit, the Wolf performed a mechanical reenactment of the nursery rhyme by attempting to blow down the pigs' house. The weak performance amused Maggie Simpson but drew sarcastic remarks from Bart.[1]

The Big Bad Wolf blew down Flanders' house, leaving Ned, Rod, and Todd standing in the spot the house was.[2]
Behind the Laughter
The Big Bad Wolf is a character in several fairy tales. The one that appears in the special is from Three Little Pigs, a retelling of the fairy tale The Three Little Pigs.
