After Cletus Spuckler became a famous musician, the slick manager became Cletus' manager, taking over the role from Homer Simpson. The slick manager set up a brand deal to have Spuckler Family Moonshine produced and sold, with Spuckman being the mascot for the moonshine. He then put Cletus' picture up on the wall of clients, but then questioned if Bert and Ernie were still alive. He then asked if the Pope had merchandise.
The slick manager later tried to get another client, Giannis Antetokounmpo. The manager wouldn't let Giannis speak and kept talking about what the client could do. Giannis then left the office.
