History[edit]

In Bart's daydream, he, along with Jason Voorhees and a Math Book, attacked Bart, only to be stopped by Santa's Little Helper in a Robocop-like outfit.^[1]

He was one of the many people who attacked Wayne Slater during his special training. Wayne kicked him repeatedly.^[2]

Comic Book Guy dressed up as Pinhead at Chiller Con 1994.^[3]

Pinhead was on Burns Family Tree.^[4]
