High Society Dues is a premium questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Fore! content update. It requires Evelyn Peters to be obtained.

After tapping on Evelyn Peters' exclamation mark Miss Peters, I have been asked by the board of Springfield Glen Country Club to enlist the help of members to take care of some minor managerial tasks. How can I help? There are several members of the club who, due to circumstances outside of the club's control, are negligent in their dues. Negligent? But our club has only just returned. But the financial obligation to the club from its membership continued from then till now. And so you need an attractive socialite to shake down these "negligent" members for when the club was unavailable, but still expecting dues? I'm glad you understand. I'm not sure I'm glad that I do.
