Flint is a city in Michigan.
History
The boxes made at the Box Factory in Springfield were assembled in Flint.[1]
Flint was one of the bottom five cities on the list of the Top 300 Livable US Cities.[2]
When Lisa was searching the attic for her family tree school project, she came across a Bicentennial edition of Reader's Digest. One of the stories in the issue was "Flint, Michigan: City of Tomorrow."[3]
Mr. Burns went to Cletus's farm to swindle him out of the deposit of helium on his property, but Cletus insisted on sharing a drink before any business dealings and offered Mr. Burns some of his moonshine. Mr. Burns overconfidently agreed, saying, "I have imbibed every intoxicant from sweet Yale beer to Flint, Michigan water. Do your worst."[4]
All the game pieces in the Krusty Burger Slumlord contest were named after streets in Flint.[5]
