What Makes the Gamer is a questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Game of Games content update. It requires The Detonator to be obtained.

Dialogue

Pt. 1

After tapping on The Detonator's exclamation mark
The Detonator - Sad Welcome to American Tile. How can I help you?
Krusty - Confused I'm looking to redecorate my restaurant. What's the cheapest tile that you have?
The Detonator We have many poor-quality options. How cheap are we talking?
Krusty - Embarrassed Do you have any made out of dirt? Like really low-end dirt.
Task: "Make The Detonator Find Dirt Tiles". The job takes place at a Kwik-E-Mart and takes 4 hours.
If Krusty is owned: Task: "Make Krusty Buy Cheap Tile". The job takes place at a Kwik-E-Mart and takes 4 hours.
Quest reward: Cash100 and XP10

Pt. 2

After tapping on Bart's exclamation mark
Bart - Bored This is just pathetic. You used to be cool, now you're pushing linoleum.
The Detonator - Sad Being cool is not a career, man. Unless you're Anderson Cooper.
Bart - Annoyed You gotta get back in the video game game.
Bart - Happy Play in the small tournament at Android's Dungeon to get your edge back.
The Detonator - Happy I guess anything is better than selling Krusty tiles made out of dust bunnies.
Task: "Reach Level 13 and Build Android's Dungeon".
Task: "Make The Detonator Compete in Gaming Tournament". The job takes place at the Android's Dungeon and takes 8 hours.
