Krista is the owner of Krista's Krafts and the former owner of Petey.
History
When Marge was young, Krista took Petey away from her when she gave Petey away. Years later, Bart and Lisa tracked Krista down in North Townsburg to try and reunite Petey with Marge. Krista revealed that she had left Petey's cage open and he escaped and started living with a flock of parrots in town. Bart then told her to stay in town, even though Krista's daughter's wedding was the next day.
