Bessie is an elderly woman who is friends with Agnes Skinner.
History
When Bart was with Agnes, pretending to be her grandson, he asked Bessie if she had any grandchildren. When she said she didn't, Bart gave her his headshots and told her that he'd always take her side against her children. He then pretended to have a loose tooth to get money out of her.
