Fred Kanneke is Chief Wiggum's brother-in-law. He is seen in "Million Dollar Abie" after Dr. Egoyan committed euthanasia on him. When Dr. Egoyan got arrested, Chief Wiggum asks him if he ever knew his brother-in-law Fred Kanneke.
