Burly is the mascot of Burly Paper Towels.

History

When Marge accidentally bought the wrong brand of paper towel, she was going to take them back to the shop until she saw Burly and fell in love with him, even fantasizing about him.

Homer and Bart decided to prank Marge by ringing her up and claiming that Burly (whom Homer referred to as "Chad Sexington") wanted to meet up with Marge for dinner, to which Marge eagerly accepted the invite. Marge got everyone dressed up for the occasion, only for Barney to turn up dressed slightly like Burly.
