The Oompa-Loompa is a small orange man with green hair.
History
When Homer brought the smuggled sugar back to Springfield, he demanded to see the Oompa-Loompa and Garth Motherloving showed him to Homer. He was sitting on a crate, smoking. Homer thought he was freaky.
