Doctor Julius Hibbert is the Simpson family doctor and often laughs a lot. Example: in the episode where Bart brakes his leg Doctor Hibbert says "That leg is going to come off" Homer and Bart gasp then Dr. Hibbert laughs and says "Did I say leg? I meant that wet bathing suit".
