Character Information
|
Chester Alan Arthur was the 21st President of the United States, serving from 1881-1885.
History
A picture of him was seen in a book that Superintendent Chalmers showed Bart, before Bart developed an interest in Theodore Roosevelt.[1] He was portrayed by a student in Springfield Elementary's Presidents Day play.
