Üter is an exchange student from Switzerland. He has a strong Swiss-German accent, blonde hair, wears Lederhosen and is obese. He appears in several Halloween specials, where he is served in the cafeteria of the school, on occasion of "Üterfest", a made up German holiday. He also sits next to Bart Simpson and unties him when Bart was tied up when he saw a Gremlin on the side of the schoolbus.
