"El Margo" was Marge Simpson's attempt to create a graffiti nickname for herself, pre-dating Bart's "El Barto".
History
When Marge attended "Springfield Middle School", she sprayed "El Margo" onto Ms. York's shirt. She complained it was grammatically incorrect, and changed it to 'La Marga'.
