History
After an unfortunate incident involving Bart escalated into the Simpsons being accused of not being patriotic enough, the family was sent to the Ronald Reagan Reeducation Center, which turned out to be Alcatraz.[1]
While in Brazil, Homer mentioned that Rio de Janeiro was the naughtiest city ever since San Francisco "got all nerdy."[2]
'Frisco was a nickname for San Francisco, and several local landmarks were shown in the background of Good-Time Slim, Uncle Doobie, and the Great "Frisco Freak-Out", a movie from 1971 Homer watched on TV for the third time.[3]
When Aeropos Walkov moved to the newly renamed San Francisco Draft-Pigs, the Golden Gate Bridge was seen behind him and the mascot.[4]
