Pain Killer is a questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Game of Games content update. It requires the Grief Counselor to be obtained.

Task: "Make Grief Counselor Make Money off Sadness". The job takes place at Springfield Elementary, Van Houten House, or a Brown House and takes 4 hours.
