"El Margo" was Marge Simpson's attempt to create a graffiti nickname for herself, pre-dating Bart's "El Barto".

When Marge attended Springfield Middle School, she sprayed "El Margo" onto Ms. York's shirt. She complained it was grammatically incorrect, and changed it to 'La Marga'.[1]
