History[edit]
A teenage Homer was on his way to the Harrisburg Coat Outlet to buy an irregular coat, but it required a stopover in New York City and had a horrible experience.[1]
While in The Prodigy Barn toy store, Bart was playing a video game that involved blasting the capital cities of every state. He was having fun, until he realized that it was an educational game and threw the controller at the TV screen, exclaiming "That'll teach you to teach me!"[2]
