Broadway is a street in New York City. It is well known for being one of the city's main thoroughfares and for being a popular venue for stage productions of plays and musicals which is why Broadway became a metonym for the American theatrical industry.

History[edit]

Bart, Lisa and Marge saw Kickin' It: A Musical Journey through the Betty Ford Center there when they were in New York City.[1]

Lisa and Marge tried to see a Broadway musical again during a later visit to New York City, but at that time it was too expensive.[2]
