Unitas hosted an infomercial for the Lady Krusty Moustache Removal System. The model, Angelique, used the device on her upper lip, and Unitas asked her what she thought of it. Angelique said, "Krusteriffic" and asked if her upper lip was supposed to bleed, to which Unitas tersely replied, "Probably."[1]
Grampa once contrasted Unitas's haircut with Joe Namath's, saying that Namath looked like a girl, but Unitas had "a haircut you could set your watch to."[2]
