When Kent Brockman was launching a campaign attacking Bartman, Miss Grant told him they were bringing in another hundred and fifty telegrams for him, and that he hadn't gotten this kind of response since he mudwrestled quintuplets while interviewing a dairy farmer who was abducted by aliens. Miss Grant wondered what Brockman had against Bartman and why he was running the campaign against him.[1]
Miss Grant congratulated Kent Brockman on another big Bartman ratings day and told him that if she didn't know any better, she'd say that Brockman was masterminding the whole story himself. Brockman told her not to be ridiculous and threw her out of his office, annoyed at her comments because it meant she was on to him.[2]
