The Coolest Loser is a premium questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Game of Games content update. It requires Report Card to be obtained.

Report Card - Happy Hey Database, want to see something cool?
Database Cooler than an ellipse with foci at plus and minus 1?
Report Card No, not that cool. I found a Radioactive Man #1 comic at a garage sale.
Database - Annoyed Illogical. Why would someone sell such a valuable treasure?
Report Card - Sad It was Principal Skinner's and his mother made him sell it.
If Database is owned: Task: "Make Database Admire the Comic". The job takes place at Springfield Elementary or a Brown House and takes 4 hours.
Task: "Make Report Card Brag About Finding the Comic". The job takes place at Springfield Elementary or a Brown House and takes 4 hours.
Quest reward: Cash100 and XP10
