Mr. Dandy is a candy store manager who works in the candy store Candy Most Dandy.
History[edit]
He saw Bart, Jimbo, Kearney, and Dolph throwing rocks at the statue of Jebediah Springfield. He yelled at them and later joined the mob that tried to kill Bart and Homer.[1] He was later seen running a hotdog stand.[2]
