Principal Duggins is a principal of a school in the Springfield school district.
History[edit]
Principal Duggins attended a meeting of Springfield school district principals at the Springfield Elementary School. Not one of his students was able to meet the national fitness standards. Principal Finch then suggested that he should be a role model for the kids, then made a joke about Duggins' weight. When everyone found the joke funny, Principal Skinner tried to make a joke of his own, saying that Duggins' wife was unfaithful. This "joke" didn't go down well and Duggins said "screw you" to Skinner.
