Cleanie is Cookie's cleaning assistant at the Lazy I Ranch he appears crawling out of a wagon like an animal and puts the dirty dishes in a sack cuddling them saying "ahh,my precious!" and hopping away like a frog.
Creation
He looks like Gollum from The Lord of the Rings and talks like him and he is voiced by Golum's potrayer Andy Serkis.

He appeared in Dude Where's My Ranch.
