Ivy Simpson is the second eldest child of Rupert Simpson and Winifred 'Running Goat' and the sister of Garwood Simpson.
She looks like Marge except her hair is shorter and pointing diagonally. Probally this is Marge's previous previous previous life she was talking about in a episode, and she said she remembers having a snuggle with Floyd Simpson, She was known as Ivy Bovier like Matt Groening said.
