Prince Charles, Prince of Wales (full name Charles Philip Arthur George Windsor) is a member of the royal family and the Prince of Wales.
History
Along with his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, he used to watch scenes from Springfield through the surveillance cameras planted around the town. Queen Elizabeth said that Ralph reminded her of Prince Charles, since he says a known Ralph quote: "My cat's breath smells like cat food."
