Gravedigger Billy is Groundskeeper Willie's cousin. He has white hair and one of his eyes is pale. He appeared in "The Girl Who Slept Too Little". Gravedigger Billy apparently didnt like his cousin Willie and knocked him into an open grave. After that his fate is unknown.
